Aspire Aquatics Withdrawal and Refund Policy

If a swimmer chooses to withdraw permanently from the Aspire Aquatics team, the swimmer’s parent or legal guardian must provide written notification to Aspire Aquatics, giving 30 days advance notice of the separation date. Monthly dues are not pro-rated due to cancellation. The annual family membership dues, high school conditioning fee, and the USA Swimming Registration Fee are non-refundable.  Withdrawal notifications should be directed to mailto: [email protected]. If you provide your 30 day notice on the 1st of the month, you will be billed for that month only. If you notify the team after the 1st day of the month, you will be billed for the current month and the following month.  Your swimmer may attend practices and meets for any period of time that dues are current.  If your swimmer is signed up for a meet during the withdrawal period, the meet can still be attended.  All meet registration fees are non-refundable, whether the swimmer attends the meet or not.
